Just moved from The Lenox. Lived there for a year ! Deborah and Chris are amazing and treat you like their own family ! We're going to miss them ! & Maintenance came everytime we needed them ! Good place to live at of community events as well!

I had a wonderful experience and overwhelmed by the level of Customer service provided. Chris and Deborah are the epitome of Genuine Care. Both Chris and Deborah will always be Appreciated by the way I was welcomed in to my new Apartment. These two individuals are an Asset to the property management group and should be Recognized for their efforts. I was searching other properties and I chose The Lenox because of Chris and Deborah. Totally satisfied with my Decision.

Lived here for 2 years. Management is pleasant, Maintenance is reliable & Rent is reasonable. If I wasn’t moving out of state I’d definitely resign my lease!

I have been here for over 6 months and I can say I like it here just wish the had storage units next to ur own apartment BTW Deb is amazing

I love Deborah & Chris their helpful with warming hearts. They get the job done on time. I been Living here since 2015. When I say since they came, everything has changed. I feel Loved like family. My problems get handled. They laugh they joke around. The outside & the insides of the apartments are beautiful’ and the upgraded apartments are amazing. When you walk in the office you feel like your walking into your own home they make you feel welcome. I love Staying their now that they are here. Keep up the great work.

I just moved in Deb and Chris welcomed me with open arms the area is quite an nice and I had received gift upon my arrival with my key to my new place luckly I didn't have my Lashes on cause they would of been off from crying lol I'm happy they are in the office so if I have any questions they are here to provide it to me the apparment I'm in is big nice space I love it and I know you would too thanks for letting me be a resident

I just moved here to Indiana was having such a hard time finding us place to live. Came across this place meeting Ms. Deborah and Chis was great. They treat you like family and very helpful with some resources. After meeting them I know I found a good place.

I've been here, for a little over a year now. Outside minor things, that come with living in an apartment, I have no complaints. I'm understanding that the office staff, maintenance personnel, or Lawrence PD cant do everything. As a Property Manager, myself, I know some responsibility falls on me, as a tenant. My car was broken in too, twice. I had mold forming in my unit, at one point in time, and my windows have been unusable, during my entire stay. BUT when I call in or come to the office, I'm always greeted with a smile and a warm personality. Of course, there are things that can be "better", but I think the staff is doing well, with what they have.
